Hi friends! I consider myself a guide to personal energy work. We all have the power to heal and transform ourselves through our awareness. I'm a wife and mama of two. I have my MA in International Peace Studies from the United Nation mandated University for Peace in Costa Rica. I received my BA in Politics & Psychology from Regis University in Colorado. I enjoyed 3 years teaching English to students in both South Korea and Turkey. Most recently I've worked in the public health field for over 12 years.

I am a Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and Certified Reiki Practitioner of Usui Shiki Ryoho. I enjoy practicing yoga, running and manifesting.
